Besides this Q., I also wanna ask whether Q.3 can be treated as a sale and finance lease back transaction?

Hi Kay,

The transaction is a normal loan transaction. Athough, in substance, it may look like a sale-and-leaseback, it does not meet the definition of a finance lease.
